By completing this form, you are authorizing the change of your Academy membership with Next Gen, a partner of CGM. You are authorizing an additional $200 added to your membership for monthly website management. After 30 months, you will own your website and be offered a discounted fee for monthly maintenance at that time. If at any point, you are no longer a member of the Academy, your monthly website fee will revert to non-member pricing and the amount you've paid toward owning your site will be credited toward the non-member price.
